Contacting The Practice

Our receptionist, Alison will often be the first person you speak to on the phone or meet when you arrive at the practice.

She will be happy to answer general enquiries relating to the practice and appointments and, if necessary, can arrange for one of the osteopaths to call you back if you have specific questions. Occasionally, if we are temporarily away from the reception desk, you may leave a message on our answer phone. During business hours, we will return your call as soon as we are able, normally within the next two hours.

“I first started visiting Wendy Dove in 2005, as a result of her being recommended to me by my now retired Chiropodist, Maureen H.

Over many years I have had problems with my neck, shoulders, back and knees, but particularly my neck and shoulders.

I see Wendy approximately every three weeks and look upon this as a “maintenance” programme, because without this visit my neck and shoulders would “seize” up.

I work full time and somethimes very long hours and if I don’t visit Wendy I wouldn’t be able to continue working.

Over the years I have tried Physiotherapists and Chiropractors to help relieve my pain, but nobody has helped as much as Wendy and she never pressurises you into making any unnecessary appointments if not needed.I have referred friends/colleagues and they too have been delighted with the results.

Wendy is very professional, honest, friendly and approachable and has helped me considerably with suggestions on exercises and things to do and not to do. I look upon her not only as an Osteopath, but as a friend.”
